Meet the Founder
Brandon Owen
Founder and CEO
Brandon's varied career uniquely prepared him to launch Builder Ops in 2024. He started at State Farm, where he gained early exposure to the home services industry. From there, he spent nearly a decade leading customer service teams, developing a deep understanding of how to build loyal customer relationships.
Later, while working at Valcre, he met Adriana- now Head of Recruiting at Builder Ops, and then spent time working with SquareDash, getting even more insight into the challenges faced by roofing and home services business owners.
Brandon is passionate about helping businesses grow by providing solutions that directly impact their bottom line. He’s based in Dallas, TX, and outside of work, you’ll likely find him enjoying time outdoors with his family.
